由于该气弹簧变型中的缸筒中安装了此凹槽,因此气弹簧的阻尼特性可以根据客户的要求进行个性化调整。
在这种情况下,阻尼不像传统气弹簧那样通过喷嘴实现,而是由汽缸中的凹槽控制。这带来了许多优点:该变型中的阻尼对每个安装位置都有影响。无论是水平放置还是使活塞杆朝上,阻尼特性始终相同。
阻尼强度和特性也可以更精确地适应客户的要求。可以非常平滑地过渡到阻尼,从而节省了额外的构造。
动态凹槽适用于汽缸直径 15、19 和 22。凹槽设计使得阻尼特性符合客户的个性化要求。
