Bansbach easylift takes over Danish manufacturer of electric actuators
Bansbach easylift GmbH takes over the Danish manufacturer of electric actuators Concens A/S in Esbjerg retroactively to 1.1.2022 and strengthens the business of electric actuators sustainably.
Long term investment
Concens A/S has been developing and producing customer-specific electric actuators since 2003. For more than 5 years, Bansbach has already been working very successfully with Concens as a co-owner and is now strategically expanding this cooperation through the complete takeover. “Like everything at the family-owned company Bansbach, this acquisition is a long-term investment that will benefit both the production site in Lorch and Esbjerg.” Says Edgar Hahn-Bansbach, owner and managing director of Bansbach easylift.
The product diversification of Bansbach easylift will be further advanced in order to complement the successful gas spring production in a meaningful and sustainable way and to further strengthen and expand both the sites in Denmark and in Lorch, Swabia, with more than 300 employees, in the long term.
Anna Bansbach, 4th generation managing director of the family-owned company, adds: “It is now a matter of being able to use mutual know-how and synergies even better in order to continue to grow together and to continue to write the long-standing success stories of both companies. We are looking forward to even more intensive cooperation with our colleagues in Denmark, from which our employees in Lorch will also benefit in the long term.”
