#THISISBANSBACH

Your expert for lockable gas springs!

Whether small or large:
We keep your application in any desired position!

Our lockable gas springs are all-rounders.
They are available in both small and large sizes available. This makes our lockable gas springs suitable for all applications. They are space-saving and the space is optimally utilised. Our all-rounders can be found in a wide range of industries and applications. For example, in pilot seats, bistro tables, train seats, operating tables, forklift trucks and much more.

From small to big….

Our lockable gas springs offer unique advantages such as…
»

… lockable in both directions

Our lockable gas springs are characterised by their ability to be locked in both directions. This function ensures precise control and a high level of safety in your applications by effectively preventing unwanted movements.

»

…a wide range of sizes

We offer a wide range of lockable gas springs from compact 6/15 to robust 14/40 sizes. This flexibility allows you to select exactly the lockable gas spring that best fulfils your specific requirements, whether for smaller, delicate applications or for larger, high-performance projects.

»

…progression and special intermediate sizes

Our gas spring sizes are characterised by a very low characteristic curve and therefore optimised progression. For the user, this means that the extension force of the gas spring is virtually the same at every point of the stroke. The difference in force between the retracted and extended piston rod is therefore very small, and our lockable gas springs are not only available in standard sizes, but also in special intermediate sizes. These intermediate sizes are ideal if you require a lower pressure increase and want to achieve precise adjustments and smooth progression.

»

…Exclusive models

A special highlight in our range is the exotic 8/40 lockable gas spring. This model combines exceptional dimensions and performance to meet special requirements and offer an exclusive solution for the most demanding applications.

In addition, our small piston rod diameters offer a considerable advantage where installation space is limited. The space required for the piston rod is only 6 mm. And the cylinder diameter of 15 mm does not take up much space either. Of course, we also manufacture this gas spring exactly to your requirements. You get the stroke, extension force and connecting parts you need for your application.

»

…We set new standards

With these features, we are setting new standards in lockable gas spring technology and offer you customised solutions for every challenge. Rely on our expertise to fulfil your technical requirements with maximum precision and flexibility.
