We place the highest value on integrity, honesty, ethical and fair behaviour and compliance with applicable laws.

1. Business ethica
1.1 General information

We respect the laws and regulations of the countries in which we operate and expect the same from our business partners. Bansbach easylift GmbH does not tolerate corruption in any form. This applies in particular to bribery, conflicts of interest, fraud, extortion, embezzlement and illegal commissions.

1.2 Cartel and competition law

Applicable competition and antitrust laws and regulations are complied with.

2. Human rights and social responsibility
2.1 Child labour and forced labour

Bansbach easylift GmbH recognises the right of every child to be protected from economic exploitation and from activities that could endanger their physical, mental or psychological health, impair their moral or social development or hinder their education or training. Bansbach easylift GmbH does not tolerate child labour or any form of forced labour and demands the same from its business partners.

2.3 Employment contracts, working hours and remuneration

We comply with local laws and regulations with regard to employment contracts and working hours, including overtime and overtime pay. Wages and salaries are paid regularly and comply with applicable laws and market conditions. Employees have the right to at least one day off every seven days and to national and local public holidays, provided these are generally recognised.

The applicable laws and regulations on the disclosure of the use of conflict minerals are complied with. Deliveries to Bansbach easylift GmbH are made in compliance with applicable laws and regulations governing the handling of conflict minerals.

Bansbach easylift GmbH fulfils all legal environmental protection requirements and expects the same from its business partners. Business partners must also have all the necessary operating licences and keep them up to date. Bansbach easylift GmbH promotes the development and dissemination of environmentally friendly technologies.

4.1 Workplace

Bansbach easylift GmbH is systematically committed to safe working conditions and expects the same from its business partners. Applicable regulations on occupational safety, building safety, fire protection and first aid are complied with.
